With specific knowledge of your subscription license and history, your success manager is in a great position to speed the analysis and resolution process of any issue, concern, or problem you may have. Regardless, you can always connect directly to our FARO on AWS Marketplace (FAM) dedicated customer support channel as well. At FARO, our support teams are staffed with real people, not bots. So, you can feel free to write comfortably and include any screenshots or other attachments that you feel may help us understand your situation rapidly.
Our FAM support channel can address topics including onboarding assistance, technical product topics, business topics (e.g., license questions, billings, SLA/SLO, refunds, etc.), and other topics as appropriate.
Due to the over-the-top advocacy of the customer success managers, we don't get many support inquiries. So we are eager to help whenever a request does come in.
